SHAWN KANE
Owner/CEO

Shawn is a 20-year veteran of the private investigation and security industry. His extensive knowledge is drawn from participating in several different training seminars and educational courses provided by the FBI, Secret Service, CIA, BATFE, ASIS International and local and State Law Enforcement Agencies. He also draws his experience from the involvement in over 1100 hundred surveillance operations, more than a thousand background investigations, and hundreds of security events, scenarios and situations. As well, Mr. Kane has been Director of Security for more than 300+ major events in Utah. He has worked with major corporations on asset protection, fraud prevention, employee investigations, employee safety and security. He has designed, written and implemented several operations manuals including evacuation plans, incident response guidelines, operation guidelines for security, event specific guidelines, and threat assessment manuals. Throughout the years, he has managed and trained over 2000 security staff for all types of security events and details. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Kane was elected President of the Private Investigators Association of Utah and was appointed Chairman to the DPS PI Hearing & Licensure Board from 2009-2014.

Mr. Kane was also the Event Security Venue Manager for the Olympic Village during the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2002 in Utah. He coordinated security operations with several government agencies and local and state law enforcement. He trained and managed over 200 security staff on all the security operations.

Mr. Kane is a certified public speaking trainer who has spoken to all types of organizations and groups across the country concerning both personal and professional safety, security and asset protection, and fraud prevention.
